Lucia Sidler is a UX Designer at Ginetta Web/Mobile with a background in graphic design. She transitioned to UX design in 2017 and has since worked at Roche before joining Ginetta. Lucia collaborates and leads the creation of various digital products, working with top Swiss clients such as Avaloq, BIS, Klenico, V-ZUG, and Roche. She excels in sprint formats and is involved in the entire product development process, from concept to implementation support. Lucia's expertise in UX design helps her to create user-friendly and visually appealing products that achieve business objectives.

Marcel Bieri is a seasoned senior consultant and UX designer at VIU, with previous experience as a UX/UI teacher at the OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule and head of user experience at Adcubum. He is also a mentor in interaction design and prototyping, providing freelance services to User Wizards. During the course of several years, Marcel's expertise in UX design has been honed, creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences. With a strong background in interaction design, prototyping, and user experience, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional results on every project he oversees. Having worked in a variety of industries and created designs that resonate with users, Marcel has the necessary skills to work in a variety of industries.

Fabian Scheiwiller is a freelance UX / Interaction Designer with extensive experience in the industry. He also lectures part-time at Schule für Gestaltung Zürich. He previously worked as an Interaction Designer at MONS AG, where he developed user experiences for websites and mobile apps. Before that, he worked as a Constructor at DS Engineering AG, specializing in product design and development.
