Position overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Constructor Academy. The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining strategic relationships with businesses and organizations across Germany and Switzerland. This role will involve identifying potential clients, promoting our executive education programs, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Key responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including companies, industry associations, and government institutions, focusing on Germany and Switzerland.
- Develop and execute strategies to build a robust pipeline of leads for executive education programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in professional development for executives.
Sales Execution:
- Promote and sell Constructor Academy’s portfolio of courses tailored for executives, emphasizing value and outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients, showcasing how our programs align with their business goals.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries, resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Represent the Academy at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to attract executive clients.
- Collaborate with academic staff to align offerings with market demands.
- Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sector.
• Deep interest in / understanding of new technologies, coding and AI
• Strong understanding of corporate training needs and executive education trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Familiarity with the German and Swiss business landscapes.
