Job Overview

As a Program Manager in AI & Data Science, you will guide the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of our advanced courses and bootcamps. Working closely with instructors, industry experts, and students, you’ll ensure that our programs stay aligned with market trends, incorporate cutting-edge tools (including AI frameworks and LLMs), and maintain a high standard of learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Course and curriculum management
●    Maintain the part-time AI course, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
●    Oversee the design and implementation of a new Intensive Program, integrating emerging frameworks and real-world case studies.
●    Regularly evaluate and update all course materials to ensure relevance and alignment with market demands.

Instructor management
●    Recruit, onboard, and support a team of industry-seasoned instructors.  
●    Provide ongoing feedback and mentorship to instructors to ensure high-quality teaching and adherence to academy standards.
●    Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, addressing their concerns and facilitating smooth operations.

Student success and support
●    Be accountable for the student experience, from onboarding to program completion.
●    Actively monitor student progress, provide support, and address any issues to ensure high satisfaction and success rates.
●    Create opportunities for student networking, such as organizing guest lectures, hackathons, or mentorship sessions.

Program development and continuous improvement
●    Work with industry specialists to design innovative and engaging learning modules.
●    Maintain and expand partnerships with technology companies to incorporate real-world projects and collaboration opportunities into the curriculum.
●    Leverage feedback from students, instructors, and industry partners to improve program offerings.

Requirements

Education and experience
●    Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
●    At least 3 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in the education or tech industry.
●    Experience with developing and managing educational programs.
●    Fluent in German and English

Technical skills
●    Proficiency in Python; LLMs and other relevant tools and technologies.
●    Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn) and LLMs.  
●    Strong understanding of data science concepts, including machine learning, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

Soft skills
●    Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
●    Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
●    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, instructors, and stakeholders.
●    Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred qualifications
●    Previous teaching or mentorship experience in AI or Data Science.
●    Knowledge of instructional design principles and online learning platforms.
●    Experience in collaborating with industry partners on educational initiatives.
